Argarita
Berberis trifoliotata (Argarita, Wild Currant) is an evergreen shrub 3-10 feet tall that has stiff, spiny and holly-like leaves. The fruit is a lustrous red pea-sized berry that is choice food for many birds. It is used locally to make jelly and wine and can be eaten off the bush but watch out picking them you will get stuck. Taken along side of Dolon Creek Road.
